Since 2010, this "deinstitutionalised" structure has been protecting, guiding, and supporting vulnerable children until they reach adulthood. This is a rewarding human experience filled with emotions.
The idea behind this home is to put into practice the philosophy of Don Bosco, known as the "preventive system." It is a family-based pedagogy founded on reason, affection, and spirituality, which are crucial for children's development. We see Don Bosco as one big family within a welcoming home, which is why we avoid using the word "shelter."
Our strategic objective is to promote child protection and comprehensive integration initiatives in disadvantaged communities and areas of extreme poverty by mobilizing citizen solidarity. This effort is guided by the spirit of Don Bosco's preventive system, emphasising reason, affection, and spirituality to foster a supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable children.
We are dedicated to expanding our efforts to support and empower vulnerable populations through new and impactful projects. These initiatives aim to provide essential services, foster financial independence, and create supportive environments for those in need.
