Paille en Queue is a small school located at the entrance of the fishing village of Grand Gaube, behind the Sir Gaëtan Duval stadium. It welcomes young people from Grand Gaube and neighbouring villages, ranging from Poudre d'Or to Grand Baie. The association is a member of the ANFEN network (Adolescent Non-Formal Education Network), which comprises 20 centres promoting non-formal education as an alternative to the traditional education system. The school is open daily from 9 am to 2:30 pm, and we organize our work into groups based on the students' levels.
- Supervised Academic Support for Students of Jean Eon RCA School, a ZEP (Priority Education Zone) School in Grand Gaube with the aim to strengthen foundational skills and increase the CPE (Certificate of Primary Education) success rate.

- Establishment of a computer room for children who do not have access to computers at home, available after school hours.
- High Success Rates: Since 2004, more than 90% of our students have achieved success in their educational endeavours. A 2006 study organized by ANFEN revealed that 95% of our students (approximately 150) were in stable situations.
- Many former students of Paille en Queue in Grand Gaube have secured jobs in hotels (such as Legends, Veranda Paul et Virginie) and construction companies, marking a significant achievement.
