Future Hope
Future Hope is dedicated to fostering social advancement for youth and families living in the outskirts of Port-Louis. Our mission is to provide the support and resources necessary to promote medium-term social development and integration. We operate four active centres in Cité la Cure, Roche Bois, Sainte Croix, and Petite Rivière. Each centre offers tailored programmes and services aimed at empowering the local community through education, vocational training, social support, and skill-building workshops. Sainte Croix, our main location, serves as the hub of our operations, coordinating efforts and hosting a range of programmes designed to improve educational outcomes, job readiness, and overall well-being.

Future Hope was founded in 2013 with the mission to offer a brighter future to children from Port-Louis and its outskirts. Our vision is to see these children grow into successful professionals, thriving in their careers and personal lives. Through dedicated support and comprehensive programmes, we aim to empower the younger generation and foster their development into well-rounded individuals.
Future Hope aims to promote social advancement for young children from disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Our fundamental goal is to advocate for the right to education and the socio-economic development of underprivileged children. Additionally, we seek to promote leisure activities focused on the arts.
We also support families facing difficulties, offering assistance through listening sessions and recommendations. Among these parents are individuals struggling with drug and alcohol dependencies and sex workers, addressing issues that are increasingly prevalent in areas such as Ste Croix, Roche-Bois, Batterie Cassée, Cité Briquetterie, and Cité La Cure. Through our efforts, we strive to uplift these communities and create a better future for all.
