Physically Handicapped Welfare Association
At the Physically Handicapped Welfare Association, we operate a centre primarily for individuals with physical disabilities. Every day, around forty people visit our centre to work and engage in rehabilitation activities. This provides them with opportunities to earn some money, socialise, and lead independent lives.
