Requirements
.Accounting studies or a relevant Professional Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
•Working experience with Odoo accounting system will be a plus
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel and Word
•Good fluency in English & French (both written and spoken)
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of data.
•Preference given to candidates living in Plaine Wilhems
Main responsibilities
•Processing of accounting transactions using Odoo Software
•Ensure timely completion of all periodic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks allocated. •Petty Cash Management
•Stock Management and Maintain Fixed Assets Register
Other responsibilities
•Assisting in the preparation of supporting accounting schedules
•Assisting with financial reports for projects
•Supporting the team for other accounting tasks when required
•Performing adhoc tasks to support the accounting team in meeting its deadlines and achieving its objectives
