We are recruiting one position with two components which are the following:
Component 1:
Case Management Officer – Summary of Position:
Under the direct supervision of the Director and Senior Finance and Programme Officer, The CMO ensures our target beneficiaries receives a coordinated range of client-centered services linking them with services related to their needs, including and not limited to social, psychosocial care, health care, and other services inside and outside the organisation.
This position aims to promote and support residents’ independence, and self-sufficiency.
Component 2:
Monitoring an Evaluation Officer - Summary of Position:
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Finance and Programme Officer, this position aims to help us to become a more effective and learning organization-one better able to assess the impact of our work, and to continuously improve the quality of our fundraising and the development of our services.
The M&E component is a team member with an evidence-based and capacity development mindset who can strengthen the team's knowledge and practice.
Essential requirements:
Degree in social sciences or development field (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in in the development sector.
Ability to plan strategically
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Independent and proactive personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Kreol.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong Excel skills
Knowledge, interest in, and commitment to Human Rights issues, more specially women rights and social inclusion
Desirable qualities/experience/skills:
Good understanding of the Gender Mainstreaming and social inclusion context in Mauritius.
Empathy and appreciation complex context and constraints
