ENL Foundation is recruiting 1 Field Worker on a Part Time basis with flexible hours to join and consolidate its field actions for the project APRANN 2.0.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist the POs in the day-to-day smooth running of activities in the allocated regions.
• Liaise with the beneficiaries regarding programs held in the community
• Support for the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of programs & ensure the collection of data
• Act as a facilitator between the trainers and the local community
• Assist ENLF team in the community mobilization and consolidation in the allocated regions.
• Work and report on set objectives
Qualifications:
• Holder of an HSC or experience in community work or equivalent
• Fully conversant in IT tools (Proven skills in Outlook, and Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge & experiences in community development would be an advantage
• Driver's license and clean driving record would be an advantage
