We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Field worker to join our team in full time where their main duties will be to:
• Assist the CSR Coordinator & Project Officer in the day-to-day smooth running of activities in the allocated regions.
• Ensure, under the guidance of Project Officer, the schedule & planning of face-to- face and group meetings in dedicated spaces.
• Ensure field visit to beneficiaries (individuals & Families) and proper referral to Project Officer.
• Accompany beneficiaries as and when needed for any ‘démarches’ as well as the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
• Assist CSR Coordinator & ENLF team as and when needed in the implementation of ENLF overall programs.
• Prepare field reports as and when needed.
Requirements are:
• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
• Experience working with vulnerable groups.
• Driving licence
• Moral certificate
