ENL Foundation is recruiting a Field Worker on a Part Time basis to join and consolidate its field actions, with a focus on the regions of Telfair & L’Escalier.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist the POs in the day-to-day smooth running of activities in the allocated regions.
• Liaise with the beneficiaries regarding programs held in the community
• Support for the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of programs & ensure the collection of data
• Act as a facilitator between the trainers and the local community
• Assist ENLF team in the community mobilization and consolidation in the allocated regions.
• Work and report on set objectives
Qualifications:
• Holder of a diploma in social work or community work or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge & experiences in community development would be an advantage
• Driver's license and clean driving record would be an advantage
• Fully conversant in IT tools (Proven skills in Outlook, and Microsoft Office)
