We are seeking an energetic and capable administrative secretary to assist us with office administration residing in the North.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the public.
You may also be required to manage office supplies.
To ensure success as an administrative secretary, you should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role.
Outstanding administrative secretaries are highly organized in performing a wide array of administrative duties.
Below is a list of my daily duties as a Secretary for Breast Cancer Care.
- Managing office telephone systems, including answering calls and returning messages -Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating daily office activities (Zumba, Yoga, Daily tasks)
- Greeting patients and checking patients in and out for their appointments
- Scheduling patient appointments and maintaining communication to confirm future appointments
- Documenting patients' medical information and including medical history
- Providing support to Patient
- Giving and helping them to try on Accessories (BRA PROSTHESIS WIGS)
- Providing Personal assistant support to Medical Staff
- Performing data entry tasks to document patient records maintaining patient files
- To fill attendance of all staff at Office - Port Louis
- To Replenish stock of Medical Accessories and Staff Welfare Benefits (Milk, Tea, Water etc and Cleaning accessories)
- Providing administrative assistance with medical research (Contact CLINICS)
- To ensure Covid19 Protocols are being abide by at the office (Mask, Sanitizer, Temperature check up)
- To make sure lights and fan are turned off and all doors and windows are closed before leaving the office Administrative Secretary
