Reports to:
Senior Nursing Officer
Roles and Responsibilities of Registered Nurse
- Assist clinicians in delivery of Primary, Emergency, Acute and Chronic care services and assist in referral to mainstream care - as needed.
- Ensure that a person-centered care approach including therapeutic education is provided as part of a holistic community-based service
Profil
- Registered nurse in accordance with Mauritian law
- Experience in working with HIV and sexually transmitted diseases
- Sound knowledge on Sexual and Reproductive Health
- Able to work at odd hours including weekends
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in general nursing
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Team player with excellent customer care skills and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365 and others)
- Valid driving license
