Friends in Hope, an Association founded in 1997 provides rehabilitation programme to support persons living with a mental illness.
The NGO is located at 4 Victor Hugo Street.
In its quest to grow and reinforce its existing pool of human resources, Friends in Hope seeks to recruit dedicated, caring and proactive professionals for the following position:
Occupational Therapy
• Sessional and on contractual basis
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• At least one year experience for caring of the mentally ill in the community.
• Have knowledge of the Mental Health Care Act and its application
Key Responsibilities
• Assess, design, implement and monitor individual programmes for the clients
• Implement a range of supporting activities as per the centre’s programme
• Work in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team of professionals
• Participate in awareness raising activities and events, among other duties
