Lovebridge Ltd is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering families living in situation of poverty. We're seeking motivated and results-oriented Social Workers to join our team and play a vital role in our mission.

What do you need:

• Good literacy skills (read and write) in English and French
• Fluent in oral French and Creole
• Have good numeracy skills
• Have, at least, completed Grade 9 (Form 3)
• Have proven working experience with vulnerable population (ideally with children and adolescents)

Attitude

• Highly motivated to work with/ support vulnerable individuals and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team spirit
• Mature (accepting of differences and difficulties, nonjudgmental)
• Organised, reliable and autonomous
