1. Parental Coach (Part time)

 

Qualifications:

 

Degree in psychology with 5 years’ experience

 

Duties:

  • Develop a trusting relationship with assigned parents.
  • Regular contact and visits with parents.
  • Support parents in developing positive parenting skills.
  • Support parents with treatment services and community resources as needed.
  • Support parents in making positive choices.
  • Empower parents to advocate for themselves and their family.
  • Organize monthly Parent therapy/support group
  • Submit monthly report to the social worker.
  • Encourage parents to do close follow up of their children’s education.
  • Document contacts and visits with parents.
  • Attend all trainings as required.
  • Maintain confidential information.
  • Models and encourages direct, professional communication.

 

2. Child Psychologist (Part time)

 

Qualifications:

 

Master's Degree in Psychology with 5 years’ experience

 

Duties:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and/or tests for diagnostic purposes.
  • Develop an individualized treatment plan for each child.
  • Educate family members on what they can do for their child or how to respond to certain behaviors.
  • Recommend rehabilitation or intervention programs to overcome addiction issues.
  • Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house policies.
  • Participate in the monthly parent group therapy.
  • Submit monthly report to the social worker.
  • To refer necessary cases to the concerned authorities.

 

3. Music Trainer (Part time)

 

Qualifications:

 

Proven Knowledge in Music Theories & Practical with 5 years’ experience

 

Duties:

  • Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual students' needs and examination syllabuses.
  • Prepare the children to go through Royal School of Music’s exams.
  • Teach music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to pupils entering and preparing pupils for examinations
  • Acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources
  • Motivate pupils and encourage progress
  • Create and maintain a network of contacts to ensure work continuity
  • Communicate with the organization’s staff and parents and submit monthly report to the social worker.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge and awareness of examination requirements
  • Assess pupils' abilities, providing feedback and writing reports
  • Assist the students for rehearsals and prepare them for concerts.

 

 

4. Specialized Teacher (Primary Level)

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, or literacy development.
  • Additional coursework in reading and writing instruction, such as phonics or language acquisition.
  • 4years of experience

Duties:

  • Individualized Support: Adapting lessons and strategies to help students overcome academic, emotional, or social challenges.
  • Collaboration: Working with counselors, social workers, and other staff to ensure holistic support.
  • Advocacy: Promoting an inclusive and safe learning environment.
  • Assessment: Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to meet goals.
  • Mentorship: Building trust and offering guidance to empower and motivate students.

 5. Remedial  Secondary Teacher

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In education or a relevant subject area (e.g., English, mathematics,    or science).
  • Specialized Training: Additional coursework in remedial education, special education, or adolescent learning strategies.
  • 4 Years of experience

Duties:

 

  1. Assessing Student Needs
  • Identify learning gaps through assessments and observations.
  • Analyze academic data to tailor instruction to individual student needs.
  1. Planning and Delivering Instruction
  • Develop targeted lesson plans to address foundational skills in reading, writing, math, or other subjects.
  • Use evidence-based teaching strategies, such as scaffolding, differentiation, and direct instruction.
  1. Providing Individualized Support
  • Offer one-on-one or small group instruction to help students overcome specific challenges.
  • Implement intervention programs designed for secondary learners, such as Response to Intervention (RTI).

 

6. Field worker

 

Qualifications:

  • Resilience: Ability to handle emotionally challenging situations.
  • Adaptability: Working in diverse environments, rural communities.
  • Experience of at least one year will be an advantage

 

Duties:

 

  1. Community Engagement and Support
  • Interact with individuals, families, or communities to assess their needs.
  • Provide direct assistance, such as delivering resources, conducting awareness programs, or offering emotional support.
  • Act as a liaison between the community and organizations, ensuring needs are communicated and addressed.
  1. Data Collection and Reporting
  • Gather and document information through surveys, interviews, or observations.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for analysis and decision-making.

 

7. Education Support Officer

 

An Education Support Officer (ESO) provides assistance to students, teachers, and educational institutions to enhance learning outcomes

 

Qualifications:

 

Diploma or Degree in educational studies or sociology with 4 years of experience

 

Skills:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Behavior Management: Skills to support students with behavioral or learning difficulties.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with educational software and basic office tools. 

 

Duties:

 

  1. Supporting Students
  • Individualized Assistance: Work one-on-one or in small groups to support students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs.
  • Encouraging Engagement: Help students stay focused and engaged during lessons or activities.
  • Skill Development: Support the development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

 

  1. Assisting Teachers
  • Classroom Preparation: Help with organizing materials, setting up equipment, and preparing resources for lessons.
  • Instructional Support: Assist in delivering lessons by supervising activities or providing additional explanations to students.
  • Behavior Management: Support the teacher in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
