- Immediate Recruitment Friends in Hope, an Association founded in 1997 provides rehabilitation programme to support persons living with a mental illness.
The NGO is located at 4 Victor Hugo Street.
In its quest to grow and reinforce its existing pool of human resources, Friends in Hope seeks to recruit dedicated, caring and proactive professionals for the following positions:
Manager
• Part-time and on contractual basis
• Preferably with understanding of the mental illness, NGO and CSR sectors
• A good degree in Management or Social Work from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a responsible management position
• Full IT proficiency and familiarity with the use of social media a must
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the President and Executive Committee of the Association in the strategic planning
• Direct the various projects of Friends in Hope
• Manage work relationships with concerned authorities, funding agencies and donors
• Ensure availability and management of human resources
• Responsible for financial and administrative management
• Develop and implement fund-raising initiatives
• Responsible for internal and external communication including proactive use of social media
• Prepare, organize and report on Executive Committee meetings and Annual General Meeting of the Association
