ENL Foundation is recruiting a Farm Administrator on a Part Time basis to join and support the team in managing and overseeing the operations of La Ferme Nou Leritaz in L’Escalier.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm selling point, including opening, and closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions
• Monitor the inventory and ensure customer service
• Monitor sales including the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
• Oversee team and ensure overall administrative follow up pertaining to the project
• Assist ENLF team in the activities pertaining to the project and to overall ENL projects
• Work and report on set objectives
Qualifications:
• Holder of an HSC or a diploma in social work/community work or equivalent
• Previous experience in project coordination, administration, customer service or sales, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
• Fully conversant in IT tools (Proven skills in Outlook, and Microsoft Office) • Knowledge & experiences in community development would be an advantage
• Driver's license and clean driving record would be an advantage
